Our task was to prepare control software and carry out commissioning of the line Quadroplex KM Bersotorff for production of tyre thread and sidewalls for agricultural machinery (AGRO). The machine is installed in the Michelin factory in Olsztyn.

Control system was based on the Allen-Bradley hardware: 4 ControlLogix modules, PanelView Plus CE panels, over 50 PowerFlex 700/70EC drives, Ethernet/IP architecture and PointIO modules – ca. 3000 I/O modules, AC drives manufactured by Control Techniques with power capacity up to 600kW.
